we loved our stay at the doubletree! the accessible room was spacious, clean, and had all the necessities. the bed was super comfy, and the health club was amazing. we appreciated the friendly staff who were always ready to help. the location is great too, with plenty of parking available.

the only downside was the view from our room.

Swanky leisure facilities, including a relaxing pool area and an outdoor jacuzzi that offers a refreshing soak. The rooms feature tasteful design with plush beds, large TVs, and rainhead showers that give off a touch of luxury.

Parking here isn't the best experience. There's a charge of £7.50 per vehicle per night, which adds up quickly and creates confusion. The external parking company may cause headaches post-stay, as I've encountered unexpected fines despite paying correctly. Noise from morning deliveries can disrupt sleep, though snuggling deeper into the covers usually did the trick for me. And if you want a view, you might want to ask for a higher floor as some rooms lack much scenery.

I absolutely loved the charming architecture wrapped in beautiful countryside! The outdoor jacuzzi was a delightful surprise, perfect for soaking in after a long day. Plus, who can resist the warm chocolate cookie upon check-in? It’s the little things that make a big difference!

Housekeeping could significantly improve, especially with cleanliness!!! The misleading room descriptions left much to be desired. Restaurant prices were ridiculously high for the average quality of food served!!!

This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like free Wi-Fi, a fitness center, and a lovely restaurant. The staff even helped me find my lost car keys on my first stay. Highly recommend for a city trip!

We had a fantastic family stay at Doubletree By Hilton Bristol South, Cadbury House. The spacious King Room was beautifully decorated and had a cozy corner perfect for relaxing. The indoor pool was a hit with my kids, and the breakfast buffet offered a great selection. The staff were incredibly friendly, always ensuring we had everything we needed.

The parking charge is a bit annoying.

the staff here are simply amazin! when my partner had a seizure, the reception folks were super quick to help, callin for an emergency response in 5 mins. our king room was cozy n had everything we needed, felt really cared for. breakfast was tasty too, even got a warm cookie at check-in, nice touch! overall, the garden views were lovely and they really hustled to make us comfortable.

the shower in our room had some mold around, which was a bit off-puttin, and the sofa bed was kinda springy n uncomfortable.

I had a great time on my recent visit. the breakfast had a fantastic variety, and the pool facilities were impressive. The lunch at Bardolinos was also a delightful surprise. I would definitely return!

We had a decent time here, the kids enjoyed the pool a lot! The staff were super nice and helpful. Breakfast in the restaurant was amazing, loads of choices. Just wished the room we got was quieter, it was right by the runway which was kinda annoying. nice place for a family getaway.

The staff went above and beyond, accommodating a late dining request, and served warm cookies at check-in. the room air conditioning was noticeably noisy, detracting from the overall experience. Breakfast, while decent, had some items that could have been better prepared, like the fried eggs left under the heat. Despite these issues, the experience was largely positive, especially with the exceptional service and comfortable accommodations.
