Quiet location near the estuary, and a nearby pub, very pleasant food. Also, quickly near the airport. Brand-new and tastefully decorated rooms with attractive views of front gardens. Fresh made and extensive selection at breakfast including cereal, pastries and tea.

Attentive and incredibly polite staff entire time.

Relaxing and immaculate rooms with a view. Had good an individual safe, an air conditioning and an iron. Incredible dishes, secluded location close to nature.

very nosiy room despite requesting a quiet room due to a 5.30am daparture. Food very bland and unimaginative had a room serfvice salad with no dressing or saute potatoes as advertised. Ddidnt have any of the wines avdertised and were all the wrong price in room service menu. Swimming pool very cold!!!!!!!!!Check out wrong bill tied to charge me for other food which I hadnt even signed off and then receptionist struggled to remove this from the bill making me late for airport check in for an internation al business flight. Very dissapointed would use you again

The club next to the hotel is very good. Good selection of training equipment as well as a pool to swim properly. In the outdoor area a few shadow places would be desirable.

The accessible room was spacious, clean, and had all the necessities. The bed was super comfy, and the health club was amazing. We appreciated the friendly staff who were always ready to help. The location is great too, with plenty of parking available.

Unfortunately the equipment and cleanliness in the shower room were only on the level of a 1 star hotel. The view from the room was to the courtyard.

The hotel was amazing the staff were friendly and helpful. The setting of this hotel was truly lovely, cant wait to go back! If there was one complaint the bedroo Carpet could have been hoovered a little more!

Swanky leisure facilities, including a relaxing pool area and an outdoor jacuzzi that offers a refreshing soak. The rooms feature tasteful design with plush beds, large TVs, and rainhead showers that give off a touch of luxury.

Parking here isn't the best experience. There's a charge of £7.50 per vehicle per night, which adds up quickly and creates confusion. The external parking company may cause headaches post-stay, as I've encountered unexpected fines despite paying correctly. Noise from morning deliveries can disrupt sleep, though snuggling deeper into the covers usually did the trick for me. And if you want a view, you might want to ask for a higher floor as some rooms lack much scenery.

Aircraft noise, unfavourable location of the room (to the inner courtyard with corresponding noise nuisance; garbage cans, delivery etc.). The spa area was not in the hotel, but in a public club.

As a family we stayed prior to departure, and on return from a short family holiday abroad. We chose the hotel due to it's location in relation to the airport. The staff were friendly and very helpful, initially we had the inconvenience of having to change rooms due to a fault with the TV, this was dealt with quickly and efficiently. On our return we had a very late check in & the service provided by the reception, and room service staff was exceptional, they provided warm milk for our 2 year old son and later a hot snack for the two of us.

The only criticism I could make would be that it is unclear on arrival if it is acceptable to drive up to the main entrance to drop off luggage as opposed to parking in the car park & making several trips.

Housekeeping could significantly improve, especially with cleanliness!!! The misleading room descriptions left much to be desired. Restaurant prices were ridiculously high for the average quality of food served!!!

Charming, Charming, Charming

I loved the charming architecture wrapped in beautiful countryside! The outdoor jacuzzi was a good surprise, perfect for soaking in after a long day. Plus, who can resist the warm chocolate cookie upon check-in? It's the little things that make a big difference!

Nice hotel with great amenities like free Wi-Fi, a fitness center, and a lovely restaurant. The staff even helped me find my lost car keys on my first stay. Highly recommend for a city trip!
